Orders are packed within one to two business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 2pm MST are processed the following business day.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
U.S. orders over $75 ship free via standard ground service, typically arriving in three to five business days. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Expedited two-day and overnight options are available at checkout where the destination supports them.
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery generally takes seven to fourteen business days depending on customs processing.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
If a product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or exchange, including partially used items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of our receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost.
